This Shipping & Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment of products and the return and refund process for purchases made through IndicaidHealth.com (“Website”). By placing an order on the Website, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Use.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

Indicaid Health currently ships products exclusively within the United States. Orders cannot be shipped to international territories or addresses outside the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 business days.

Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed before the cutoff time of 3pm.

All orders are shipped via UPS or equivalent carriers. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays. Indicaid Health does not guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are determined based on the product type, order size, and shipping method selected. Final shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

Free shipping may apply to orders exceeding a specified value, as indicated on the Website.

Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Order Processing & Shipment

Indicaid Health strives to process and ship orders within one business day of purchase. However, processing times may vary based on order volume, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You are responsible for monitoring the tracking information to ensure timely receipt of your order.

Restricted States for INDICAID Health Lab Tests

Due to state regulations, INDICAID Health lab tests cannot be registered or used in the following states:

  • New York
  • New Jersey
  • Rhode Island
  • Hawaii

Our checkout system does not automatically block purchases from these states. If you mistakenly purchase a lab test while residing in one of the restricted states:

  • Do not use the test—contact customer service to request a refund.
  • Indicaid Health disclaims all liability for tests used in violation of state regulations.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address before submitting an order.

Indicaid Health cannot modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed or is in transit.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or reshipment.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon receipt. Photo evidence must be provided to substantiate claims of damage or defect.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping fees, taxes, and handling charges, unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Opened or used lab tests, unless the product is defective.
  • Expired lab tests or products.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  1. Contact our customer service team at care@indicaidhealth.com and provide the following information:
    • Your order number.
    • A detailed reason for the refund request.
    • Photo evidence if claiming damage or defect.
  2. Indicaid Health will review your refund request and respond within five business days. Approval of refund requests is at our sole discretion.
  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided. You are responsible for shipping the returned product to the address specified in the return instructions.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Indicaid Health is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

Additional Terms

Indicaid Health reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to this Policy will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website.
